Administrative Support Specialist


Job Description

Mission Objective:

To ensure the processing of the MSS backlog within the validation and correction processes, respecting clients internal procedures and quality and deadline requirements.


Main Activities

  • Processing customer backlog files related to the MSS project (no contact with customers)
  • Validating data from smart meters
  • Identifying and correcting data anomalies
  • Interacting with internal teams (correctors)
  • Monitoring complex cases in coordination with client teams
  • Encoding and updating information in internal tools
  • Adhering to quality procedures and deadlines.


Requirements

  • Proficiency with computer tools
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Experience in data processing or in a structured administrative environment
  • Rigour, autonomy, and the ability to follow precise procedures
  • Knowledge of the energy sector or distribution network operator (DNO) processes(Should Have)
